Dear families,
We are presently experiencing an unidentified respiratory outbreak for the Lakeview home area.
Only residents who have symptoms have been placed into isolation.
Group activities, and communal dining are continuing on the home area for all other residents on Lakeview.
Lakeview residents are unable to socialize with residents from other home areas at this time, and will not attend programming where other home areas are present.
Visitors continue to be permitted for all Lakeview residents. Visitors of those in isolation must where appropriate PPE as identified on the signage outside the residents door. All non-essential LOA’s are suspended for Lakeview residents until the outbreak is declared over. Medical appointments that are not a priority should be canceled or rescheduled.
Since the rest of the home is on heightened surveillance, please only visit one home area per visit to Shalom.
Please do not visit Shalom if you have any cold or respiratory symptoms!
