Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Shalom Manor is entering an exciting season of growth and renewal. With deep gratitude for the decades of compassionate, faith-centered care provided within the Dutch Reformed community, we are prayerfully seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Shalom Manor into its next chapter. This role offers the opportunity to build upon a strong foundation in Grimsby while providing strategic leadership as we expand to a new campus in Hamilton. We are looking for a servant-hearted leader who shares our values and is committed to excellence in long-term care.

Administrator
Shalom Manor is also seeking a dedicated and values-driven Administrator to support the day-to-day leadership and operations of our long-term care home. This role is ideal for a collaborative, organized professional who is passionate about resident-centred care and working within a faith-based environment. The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.

Administrative Department
The Administration Department consists of the CEO, Office Manager, Executive Coordinator, HR Administrator, Scheduler, Reception, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Payroll Clerk, Manager of Accounting, and the Director of Finance & Administration.
Nursing Department
The Manor Nursing Department consists of the Director of Resident Care, Assoociate Director of Resident Care, Nursing Administrative Assistants/Scheduling, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. (click here for more information)
The Gardens Nursing Department consists of the Care Coordinator, Registered Practical Nurses, and Personal Support Worker/Resident Care Attendant
Dietary Department
The Dietary Department consists of a Nutrition Manger, Food Services Supervisor, Cooks and Dietary Aides. (click here for more information)
Environmental Services (ES)
The Environmental Services Department consists of an ES Manager, Maintenance, Janitor, Housekeeping and Laundry
Recreation Department
The Recreation Department consists of a Manager of Programs and Support Services, Therapeutic Programmers, and Life Enrichment Assistants.
